Week 5 of Boston coaching:

Monday:  7 miles @ 8:50 tempo on recent snow with some climbing.  +20 minute Peloton class.

Tuesday: 6 miles @ 8:13 tempo.

Wednesday:  14 miles complete.  10 miles outdoors after which 4 miles on a treadmill of 200m quick, 200m straightforward on repeat.  This was a really completely different run than deliberate, however that’s due to the snow.
